Unlimited Equine Policy and
Terms of Service Agreement
Unlimited Equine reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone.
Payments/Refunds:
Down payment of 50% is required
at start of project. Full refund of down payments within 15 days of
project start. Remaining balance of project must be paid in full within
15 days of completion. Projects that are more then 30 days past due
will be assesed a 3% finance fee or a minimum of $5 whichever is greater
each month. Projects that are past due for 180 days will be terminated
and all down payments are non-refundable. Hosting/Domain fees must
be paid in full at start of project. This is mandatory due to hosting
and domain registration services are provided by Hostmonster. Unlimited
Equine is a dedicated affiliate of Hostmonster and we recommend Hostmonster
to all clients. Any hosting/domain fees are not included in the initial
down payment. Exception: Standard Hosting is included in initial down
payment as that service is provided through Unlimited Equine.
Financing:
Financing available on projects
over $1000. Down payment of 25% is required at start of project. Full
refund of down payments within 15 days of project start. Additional
25% is required within 15 days upon completion. Remaining balances
will be assessed a 5% finance charge each month. Remainder of balances
will be billed in 3 seperate monthly statements. All projects must
be paid in full within 30 days of last statement. Projects that are
not paid in full within 180 days of completion will be terminated
and all payments are non-refundable. Hosting/Domain fees must be paid
in full at start of project. This is mandatory due to hosting and
domain registration services are provided by Hostmonster. Unlimited
